Portrait Painting Weekend Workshop: new dates, January 24-25, 2026

New dates for the portrait painting workshop in January!

Lucy Stopford and I will be teaching a weekend portrait-painting workshop in January of 2026 -- come paint with us! 

We cover technical and philosophical aspects of painting, with a foundation in colour-mixing and tone alongside emphasis on observation and mark-making. 

 

You'll get live demonstrations from both Lucy and I, as well as plenty of time at your own easel, with opportunities to work from both photo references as well as a live model. Experience is helpful but not required!
