I will be teaching a flower-painting workshop just in time for spring -- what better way to emerge from the dark tunnel of winter and celebrate new growth? Come paint with me!
This one-day workshop will be held in the newly refurbished workshop & gallery space at Magdalen Road Studios in Oxford. Using oil paints and fresh flowers, we will cover the basics of colour theory, paint mixing and application, and how to render our subjects in a dimensional yet expressive and painterly way. Experience helpful but not required!
The flowers will be provided, but you will need to bring your own paints, brushes, and other supplies.
