 I went a little nuts painting black parrot tulips in the spring... I even thought about planting some bulbs of my own so I could relish those frilly deep purple petals in person. Until then, photo images are not too shabby.

Black and Tan

Catching up on paintings I did months ago... I bought these darling ankle boots for ¥300 at a Japanese charity shop ages ago, and wore them a handful of times (including once to London, which I regretted mightily) before deciding they were better as a painting:
